The Property

First Floor:
Entrance: Parking to the rear of the property leading into main entrance door. Lobby with cloakroom area
Large split level lounge with glazed windows and French doors looking across superb estuary views, flatscreen television, Sky television, fireplace, books, games, settees and tables. The French doors lead on to a superb 400 sq ft decking area with breath taking views, enclosed by glass panelling and stainless steel balustrades. Hardwood decking floor with stair case leading down to the landscaped gardens. TV/Snug room which house a settee and chair as well as a television, DVD and surround sound. Fully equipped kitchen/Dining Room with 2 oven gas fired Aga, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wooden table & chairs with built in seating and great views of the Camel estuary. Bedroom One has a king bed, wardrobe, television and bedroom units. The en-suite with roll top bath, bath/shower mixer tap, bidet, WC, sink and heated towel rail. There is also a door onto the decking area.

Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2 benefits from fitted wardrobes, dressing table, drawer units, king bed and estuary views. The en-suite has a large walk in shower, WC and sink. Bedroom 3 has estuary views, one single bed, one truckle bed (a single bed with a single bed beneath it that can be pulled out when required) and built in wardrobes. There is also a door that opens into the landscaped gardens. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, drawer unit, table and estuary views. Main Bathroom has a large walk in shower, raised roll top bath and a heated towel rail. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier, sink unit, suspended clothes airer, ironing board and iron. This room also has two doors that lead into the landscaped gardens and into another large shower room with WC.

Boat House

The boat house has an enclosed shower room, kitchen sink, storage units and in the main room there is a table tennis table, darts board and a few childrens toys. The boat house is favoured by teenagers who want a bit of independence whilst they are on holiday!

Gardens

The gardens are landscaped and well maintained with fantastic estuary views. There are wooden tables and chairs as well as a cooking area for disposable bar-b-ques. At the bottom of the garden there is more parking that would easily accommodate another 4 cars or less cars and a boat. Access to and from this area is via electronic gates which are used as the main pedestrian access and entry to the property.

 


Changeover Day: Friday in peak season but flexible out of peak.
Arrival time after 4:30pm and departure before 10am. If the property is ready for your arrival before 4.30pm the housekeepers will notify you.

Bed Linen: Egyptian Cotton

Sleeps: 9 with the option of 2 younger people in the boathouse

Towels: Luxury hand towel and bath sheet per person

Dogs: By negotiation only

Camel Point is on two levels with a separate Boat House.

Services Included: All electricity, heating, hot water, one cot (no bedding), one high chair, parking, Egyptian Cotton linen and high quality bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not included.
